Sensational breakfast with three options every day, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Our hotel was in a fantastic location close to the shopping area of Mornington. the seafood restaurant Big Tuna Fish Co was only 300 metres away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; it was just perfect!

Newly renovated. Spacious with sufficient space to sleep 7 adults in the 3 bedrooms. Full full kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is next to a park and walking distance to Mornington beach where we can view beautiful sunsets. 20 mins drive to most destinations within Mornington Peninsula. The owner Denise was very friendly and warm and made us feel very welcomed. The accomodation was very comfortable and spaacious with a feel of being pampered and luxury. Location was handy to all amenties.
A cooked breakfast served in your room was not an option and could only be served in a common room. I like to eat brekkie when away in bed and in my PJ's with a newspaper.
